hmm, as far as i know, the future of sg-1 is not yet determined. there is a possibility that the show will continue. there are intervies on the net with the producers of sg-1, and they are telling us that they are looking for ways to continue the show. if there is someone out there with the money and some faith in the show, it might very well continue for some seasons. so dont talk like the show has been cancled for good. sg-1 might live on on some different station. by the way, the first few episodes of season 10 might not have been so great, but with a real storyline like the one we have right now, it is a pure joy to watch this stuff. i loved this episode, and i cant wait to see the next one, and that is what sg-1 is all about! regards! |

can't believe people use that as an excuse these days... there's this wonderful invention called the internet (though there's some dispute over just who invented it ). there are also many sites where you can find out this kind of information and newsgroups (including many australian newsgroups) where this particular fact has been discussed ad nauseum since it was first announced. and for the record, i'm in australia too. |

what the hell is with these people and screwing up stargate every week and leaving it up to us to do crappy re-encodes. a few of us like teslaman for example occasionally get it right. this file is useless, it plays fine on the computer, but is useless on standalone xvid players, which many, many people own. even though these files are free and yes i do accept that, what i am saying is that these scene release groups need to check the quality of the files they upload instead of trying to be the first to upload and make a name for themselves, i personally don't give a rats ass who uploads it as long as it is done. and i always share as much as i get, and often seed for hours. all i can say is mint, please come back, we miss you! |

a new, better rip has been released today; stargate.sg1.s10e11.hdtv.xvid-hv.avi too much problems with the crntv-release, lots of glitches and ugly cuts everywhere. i guess this will be ul'ed here soon... |

browder isn't so bad, it's the character that sucks. they didn't bother to create one, they just basically rejuvenated o'neill. (even the producers themselves joke about that, on the 200th episode.) but vala makes up for it. thanks for the file! |

about stargate.sg1.s10e11.hdtv.xvid-hv.avi as a proper. i grabbed it from a private tracker and video quality is a bit better since it's from an actual hd source, but after half the episode time you start to hear everything echo again in the right channel, as further you go through the episode the more of an echo chamber like effect delays from what you've already heard as if there is an echo buffer with increasing delay being applied to the audio. a very strange audio problem i have ever literally heard. other than that it's a good release, i used videolan client 0.8.5 and detected it using mpga audio codec (48000hz, 127kbit rate). edit: here's a theory, maybe crntv did mono on purpose and used only the left channel to do the encode because of the nasty little echo problem on the right channel, if so then skyone broadcasted the audio echo problem, so it left crntv to decide to make it enjoyable for all of us. cause that is what it seems like when you use hv's release and use only the left channel (mono audio mode in vlc). |

the scifi channel has cancelled it, but picked up sga for a fourth season. amanda tapping is going to atlantis, but there is no news on the rest of the cast. there are rumors of a new franchise show so maybe some of them will go there (not that i really expect that one to get made). mgm/sony was considering another stargate feature film, but devlin and emmerich seem determined for it to follow the original movie plot/premise/characters and not how it was re-invisioned by glassner and wright for the tv show. d & e wanted stargate to be a real trilogy, but evidently there was a falling out between everyone involved. sg-1 will get at least one (maybe two) movies to wrap everything up, but i have a feeling these will be straight to dvd if not re-developed into a mini-series (a la farscape). spoilers * * * * * tptb have mentioned that the movie/dvd will be where the finale to the ori storyline is revealed as there are no plans to do so for the end of season 10. seems to me that they are holding the show hostage and we will only get to see what happens if we buy/go see it. right. gotta love torrents. |

yes, no need to fear there are 2 sg1 direct to dvd movies in the works that start shooting on 15th april and 1st of june respectively, with mgm having a view to maybe try and release one of these every year thereafter. presumably this is based on how well the first 2 sell. |

lol the truth of arc sg1 movie which finishes the season 10 off, and then there is a second movie being made right now...it looks like we'll have 5-10 tv movies (straight to dvd) a year..so fear not...and there is a 3rd new stargate series in the works to run alongside atlantis. they plan on milking this franchise for all its worth...something like csi currently as with a hundred and one spin offs lol. anyways since these episodes are not numbered according to the sci fi channel website..what is the episode title called? oh and bsg got canned too..not surprising since it was shite to begin with. |
