Request: Good Eats (HDTV?)

i love this show... even just for entertainment value - its great.
i watched it all the time when i was in the states, but now that i'm back in
europe - i'd love to keep up with the newest episodes.
looks like new episodes start up again on jan 17th at 10pm on food network hdtv
and food network
