I use the "Dark Reader" extension and it perfectly eliminates the brightness.

Try using the "Dark Reader" extension. It makes the background dark without washing anything out.

I'm on Chrome mobile, the extensions don't work on mobile devices as of yet so; the request for

I used to be able to use that, doesn't seem to want to work anymore.

All new episodes of Law & Order seem to be getting grouped with a French-titled show called Au nom
du maintien de l'ordre, which seems to only have one season. These season 25 episodes shouldn't be
there.
