Hi Guys,
Have had to make a new profile as the password recovery page is not sending me any email, have also
not received an activation link on the new profile
Please can you advise or suggest who I can contact.

Im also having issues with my account...I had one, but one day suddenly (a few days ago, i didnt notice but it may have been
when the domain changed from .ag to .re) it didnt let me in with my info...
Asked for a password change like 100 times but no email... Finally today i had to make this account, but idk how long its gonna
last cause again NO VERIFICATION EMAIL...
When the problems started i sent an email to Novaking (the email on the Help page) but its been days and no answer... Idk wtf
is going on but im starting to get kinda pissed... I understand a page developing problems, but nobody is saying anything about
it or if/when/how are they gonna fix it... This has been my go to page for FOREVER but now it seems to be going down the
drain....... PLEASE FIX IT u.u

Ive had too create THREE accounts now, no reply to my emails, and they say they keep sending
emails and recovery passwords and still NOTHING THREE FREAKING TIMES IVE had to go it and REDO
my very extensive list, and no replies to these threads with the same problem...can you please say

I also have had to create a new login as the reset password never sent me an email and there has
been no email for the new login also. I also emailed NOVAKING with no reply yet.
1 of 2 things for me there outgoing email is very broken or gmail is blocking there emails.

Why do you continue to list MINX torrents when they cant be played? Nothing I have even VLC can
open them. Are they malware?

Ok so now your site is useable, but i still can't get into my old accounts and my new account
steacy5475 I can log in but nothing loads, its acts like it has and there should be something on the
page but there is nothing no matter how many times I refresh no matter how many times I log in
and out that was the best most unique feature on your site was my ability to filter only my shows
etc etc please help to fix this.

PLEASE ADMIN log into my new account for steacy5475 and then try to click on my username to bring
up my page/shows, IT STILL doesn't work cant you at least shoot me an email saying you are aware

I am a user of the site just like you, only i have no problems with running the MINX torrents on VLC
and I have a newer version of the software.
Also having issues getting the link(s) for "myshows" to load even tried refreshing the tab that used
to work but no longer works and this has been happening to me for well over a month, more like for
several months this has been an issue for me. I don't even know if the new shows I've been adding to
"myshows" is loading them onto my list of shows I prefer. Thanks for any help Tigger2017.
