try registering a uknova.com, i think they get them up as they air in the uk.

got any tips for getting access to uknova? i cant sign up, te signup screen is
blank everytime i go to the webpage.

the signup screen is empty whenever signups are closed - they open on a regular
basis, whenever unused accounts get pruned (or banned). just leave it open and
refresh it every 10-15 minutes while you're at the computer, eventually you will
get a form to fill in (fill it in fast though, the window may not be open long!).
