yeah but season 5 isn't being written by graham linehan and will therefore be rubbish.

very glad.
at least he's not "three times lineham" anymore. everything he did had three series, or less.
i.t. crowd is a biggie, it's a biggie because people like us make it so. uploading and downloading
it all over the world 'cause it's about computers' hehe. it's a perfect example of how people
sharing public domain material with everyone else can enhance its distribution without a single
penny from the broadcaster or production company. yet, they sell way more dvd's than they would have
otherwise.
same for music, if the greedy industry people were to have their way listening to any music at all
in any way would cost you money, so you're much less likely to try something you havent heard before
so you stick to what you hear on the radio or the telly. this offers them control over what you'll
hear and decreases the size of the sphere of music they need to invest in increasing the
profit/investment ratio. it's all bollocks and our so-called government seems to have swallowed it
hook line and sinker. all it's done is ensure music stagnates with even less chance of getting it up
and evolving again.
the exact same goes for films and even games, if you are to experience them enough to evaluate them
at all you've already shelled out money for what is incresingly likely to be crap. they've already
got your cash for yet another crappy manufactured film, or another run-of-the-mill uninspiring game,
they dont care. so why spend effort evolving and imroving when you can just churn out the exact same
romantic comedy or yet another fps.

omg a while back i was trying to find out if there was actually going to be a 4th season but and my
mate said that "its definitely never going to come back" but hah! he can prepare to eat his own
