don't quite know if this is where this goes or if it pertains to what the admins are looking into, however, i have noticed that there are episodes listed in eztv.it that are available for download but are not at ezrss.it. example hells kitchen us has episode 9 in eztv for it but does not exist in ezrss. is this something that the admins are working on as well? thanx. i love this site. found another: warehouse 13 s02e01 in eztv but not in ezrss. |

looks like the images are coming from ezimg.ch but, firefox is giving me this error for the images (for the mirror icons etc.) ezimg.ch uses an invalid security certificate. the certificate is only valid for *.zoink.it |

whatever it is implemented in (i am assuming options other than ajax exist) why not add a 'refresh' button that checks for new torrents but loads nothing else? because while i could be wrong (stats will show if this is needed) i am sure a lot of the load is people checking every minute or even more frequently to see if their show has come out yet. if such requests only asked and retrieved new data that would be ideal. so do the stats indicate much of the load is people reloading the main page, or is that just a small obsessive core of crazies? (and, now lost & heroes are gone...) |

or, you could just disable images for eztv.it in your browser until it is fixed |

i wasn't talking about any image issue, just a general idea to cut down on bandwidth. | |||||

it looks like the zoinkit wildcard cert expired 8 march 2010 too... 8^d perhaps the relevant webmaster could be convinced to replace it with a new cert with multiple entries in the optional san field (subject alternative name), i.e. subject: cn=*.zoink.it, san: dns name=*.zoink.it,dns name=*.torrage.com,dns name=*.ezimg.ch... then ssl host headers / specific port bindings (non-standard ports, i.e. not tcp 443) could be used to serve the correct page... i'm not certain, but comodo might do one of these. failing that, perhaps when generating the html content, all the ssl links for images could be replaced with http links instead. this would allow us to manage mixed content in the browser rather than getting the certificate errors and associated delays on first load. i admit this is more an annoyance than anything serious. thanks for the great site! :d |

thanks for helping! ...actually you're guessing wrong, i am in canada, and i guess the laws are strenghtening up even here. but my provider is pushing their new vdr's, so that might explain the letter. still, i've had this problem only about csi, so i guess the others don't bother about it. |
