Stargate Universe Episode 11 "Space" Clips in new Trailer

in my professional opinion as an avid stargate fan of 16 years, i\'ve only just managed to get over
the trauma of the first half of season 1 of universe. please just cancel this shit fest before the
good name of stargate is ruined forever and can only be rescued by a ron d moore remake.

on another note though is anyone else surprised that a show that rips off so many other classic
sci-fi\'s could be so seriously sub par?

just because the show went in a different direction a little bit doesn't mean you have to go and shit
yourself.

sg-1 was good, atlantis looked some underfunded boring bullshit.

all i can say is, sgu is way better than that atlantis trash. plus it ties off of sg-1, unlike stargate fag
atlantis...

ditto about being a stargate fan for upteen years & yes i hated the first half of season 1, but i
say give it a chance sg1 got off to a sticky start i suspect things will improve for sgu. i have
been following joe mollozzie's blog & according to him things will pick up from ep11, apparently the
first 10 eps were character developement etc. that combined with the new darker theme has really
upset us fans. with atlantis there was an overlap & a similarity to sg1 that enabled us to
comfortably slip into it, sgu however is out side the comfort zone in unfamiliar territory so takes
getting used to & i for one am giving it the benefit of the doubt. i sould point out that on his
blog joe has been asking for fan input about sgu, so i suggest you visit it. also production of
season 2 began this week with several new writers so hopefully s2 will be an improvement over s1.

how amazing stargate universe is compared to everything else that holds the stargate name.

also ... holy hell that is some bad spelling and grammar in the news post.

its no wonder the mods banned the forums a while back. i state an opinion about a show and even ask
for input regarding it and the first thing people do is start flaming the poster for not sharing
their view. you must be exceptionally intelligent and brave to slander so easily and anonymously online.

i have to know though. how is it that everytime everybody seems to agree a show sucks...but hell
we'll give it a chance because of the shoes its filling...that people who apparently love the show
more than anything in this world suddenly come screaming out of the woodwork the moment anyone says
anything bad about. its like the studios hire people to troll for negative show posts and instantly
set about discrediting the poster.

fortunately for me i've already been proven right about the show or they wouldn't have set about
taking it in a totally different direction the moment they realised people were hating it.

once again, don't shit yourself.

let me go out and buy you some anal lube. maybe you will slip into sgu a bit better.

op: stargate is/was campy as a motherfucker, like old skool bsg campy, just with updated graphics.
sgu is managing to take the franchise, sans reboot, and put a nice darker, character driven spin on
it. i like to even thing of it as bsg(new one) in the stargate universe[world].

when did stargate jump the shark? then moment everyone spoke [english].
