i bet you're using nero and you're not in the us you?

seem to happen with nero when you convert ntsc divx's to pal dvd's.

its a quite well documented bug in nero when burning recorded us shows into the
euro/uk formats.

google nero sync issues and you'll find loads of stuff on it. i never found a
fix that didn't involve not using nero tho. :-)

actually, i've used nero, dvd santa, winavi and they all do that. i am also
burning ntsc to ntsc b/c i'm in the us lol.
