anyone know why season 2, episode 13 isn't here???

site was down or vtv releases were not appearing here, one or the other

hi, s2 e12 ended with zobel on his knees in the cigar shop under arrest.

when i downloaded s2 e13, it doesn't seem to follow on?

i then watched s3 e01 and it seems to have missed the kidnapping, half-sacks murder and quite a bit
of action.

this is confusing. can someone help me to understand the continuity?
