heh... groundhog day premiere for the crazy time travel show. nice.
tuesday isn't a bad night. they have the v lead in and the only competition is ncis: la. i like
ncis, but the numbers are skewed because the other channels' line ups that day are weak right now.
3 reality shows and a sci-fi remake(which i also like, but lizard people aren't everyone's cup of
tea), not really hard for a tried and true formula procedural show to pull good ratings against that.
wasn't the lost come back supposed to be january the 27th?
oh well, not really mind if it takes a little longer... just a little, i still want to see when the
real locke revives and takes over the island.... not a real clue, just a crazy theory from my part =p
how often do we get a show that ends when it's supposed to? i very grateful that this quality show
gets a quality swan song. i wish more studios had the balls to do this. the best example of when
this needed to be the case but was instead 'life-supported' to death was battlestar gallactica. a
story arch way to long. smallville, on the other hand, does the 'freak-a-week', 'procedural'
approach that can go on forever, but story arch shows like lost are rare and rarely let sail into
the sunset on a its rightful pyre.
this show should havve ended after the completion of the 4th season...im sorry but the 5th & now the
sixth are really just beating a dead horse....
the first 3 seasons were great(i actually purchased the boxed sets), i was as hooked on the show as
anybody else, but come-on.. the writers are obviously burned out on it, the story-lines started
becoming ridiculous.....
