exactly what i was going to say, an snarky review of an already aired and available for download
episode isn't news, it's just opinion. why things like this keep getting posted as 'news' baffles
me, it truly does.
last season bloggers/reviewers etc really dissed that season cause they introduced to many elements
in their opinion and it became confusing to the casual audience, and said that it missed the charm
of the earlier seasons.
now this guy whoever wrote the post says, that this season is stale for the opposite reason. bah
make up your mind, u cant have it both ways
to the "reviewer": there is no such thing as an original concept or storyline. everything has been
done before. you are always going be horribly disappointed if you expect anything original. might be
a good idea to expand your viewing - there are obviously some carnivale fans on the heroes team at
the moment. you should know know robert knepper from his many, many roles, not just as t-bag.
heroes jumped the shark when nathan decided to start a concentration camp for people with abilities.
here's hoping that it comes up with some storylines that actually make sense.
how on earth is returning the show to a character driven series a bad thing? if you want lots of
flashy 'powers', card-board characters and plots that don't build into anything meaningful (or
become so tangled that they give up any hope of being consistent) then go back and watch season 3 or
mutant x and leave an attempt at decent tv to people with enough braincells to rub together to
appreciate it.
i was pleasantly surprised by the start of season4, enough to keep me watching.... heroes still has
a way to go before i am prepared to just sit back and take what ever crap they want to throw at us
(as the author of this piece of 'news' seems to desire).
i thought it was ok, not great, episode 3 was better (the cello scene was pretty trippy). but first
this was not news and second i hate when people obsess over shows jumping the shark.
mark parkman? last years exhilerating opener?? lol, i gotta say this article reminded me of all of last
season, lots of stuff happened, but nothing really happened, not to mention "mark" parkman, lollhouse.
you should've elaborated on the writer's that were fired and how much of an uphill battle the recovery last
season's lack of direction will be.
having been a heroes fan since day the beginning, i'm hoping beyond hope this season will be better.
peter is much less whiny than he ever has been and seems to have really accustomed to his new self-
imposed 'hero' role. even milo's acting seems more comfortable, cool and collected. more mature even.
