No second season for Demons

good news about demons. that means itv can spend resources on developing (hopefully) better
shows.

demons was a decent show, just needed some refining. it's funny, i just thought about the show last
week and looked around and saw that they felt it was unlikely the show would get a second series. oh
well, bummer.

the only place any savings are going is to shore up itv's crumbling bottom line, best solution would
just to close one of itv, channel 4 or itv or better still all three.

i downloaded the whole of demons and deleted the lot after just 15 mins viewing. glenister's accent
was prize winningly awful and undoubtedly a career low for a good actor. however, as others have
pointed out the only reason itv axed the show is because they're bankrupt and drama is expensive.
brace yourselves for heaps more singing/dancing shite.

i will no longer be watching anything that has to do with itv. demons, yes, needed much polishing to
turn it into a fantastic series, but primevil was one of the best shows on tv anywhere. it took them
money to make it because it was actually a good series. i feel bad for the cast and crew.
