there is almost always some little skips/jumps/scrambling in one tree
hill... and often in gilmore girls and veronica mars too.....
the cappers/encoders don't seem to put a very high priority on quality for most
of the shows that come off the cw.. the scene groups are likely made up of males
in their early 20's.. and this is not the target demographic for the majority of
cw shows.
they are usually still completely watchable... just never expect perfection..

i mean i'm perfectly happy about the rip, but i mean i just couldn't say
"perfect rip" when it's imperfect. i mean i know it may sound a little harsh,
just so everyone knows while stopping anyone from flaming the boards looking for
something to go wrong with the rip. but yeah it is unfortunate that there
aren't a lot of copies of shows from the cw.
