So did you ever think that track might be for the French like English tracks are for the English Dutch it's for the Dutch Greek is for the
Greek and the list goes on. It would be a bit odd if it was labeled French and they spoke Chinese wouldn't it.

In VLC player, go to audio tracks and see if you can change it to English.
If not, then you'll have to look for another file.

I just played this. It's in English.
If you downloaded the other 480p file, that's why it's in French.
When a file says "Multi", it's referring to multiple audio tracks and sometimes, multiple subtitle tracks.
