MULTI usually means "multiple subs" or "multiple audio tracks" and depending on the program you use to watch said content, the
default track tends to be one other than English. It is then incumbent upon YOU to change the track language, manually. It is very
easy to do this in VLC media player (simply by right clicking on the video while it plays, selecting "audio track" and switching it to
the correct language in the drop-down), but other programs are kinda wonky on where that particular setting is.... especially if you
have a private streaming network set up. Like PLEX or the many alternatives available out there for people who use NAS and have
private server set-ups.
The multiple audio and subtitle tracks are embedded within the video, and while it might not always be English as the default
language; that doesn't mean it isn't embedded within the file but at the very end of the list be sure to check the description in the
torrent page specific to the torrent you seek and often times IT WILL TELL YOU if there is no English audio or not. It usually tends
to list every single language provided in a "MULTI" file. Usually...

I've never seen a MULTI with English audio or subs.
