is this episode (as per usual, for the shield) wrongly ivtc'd?

(it's not a 23.98fps film show, but actually ntsc, at 29.97fps - so an ivtc
operation results in some jerkiness in playback, especially visible in shots
that pan).

i don't think so. it's shot on 16mm film.
