how the heck do they know whos viewing tv anyways? are they like spying on our
tv subscriptions or something and just assume people are in the channel? messed
up and confusing on the ratings they give..

^^^ google "nielson ratings", specifically how the numbers are calculated and

good old x-files style storyline, hopefully they will keep the quality level up.
