just for curious reasons, why doesn't the files that are uploaded here come in
original rar-format?

why would we want it rar'd, isnt it easier to just double click on the file and
start watching as opposed to unrar'ing it, deleting the rar files and then
opening it? i dunno, im happy i get either for free =p

i hope it's because ppl here are smarter and they know(unlike most) that there
is no use for rars in torrents( unless the torrent has a few k files or it's an
image where the compresion is significant, avi files are already compresed and
rar-ing em doesn't save any bw)

these days rars are only useful to keep the files the same as other release
sites, but otherwise they're useless. once upon a time they were good for when
parts of files became corrupt but thats only useful for ftps, torrents check
files chunk by chunk.

at this point the only possible use for rars in a torrent would be to help
someone complete a download they started from somewhere else that was using
rars. otherwise, as has been stated they are useless. in most cases they are
bad for torrents since many people will stop seeding sooner then usually
simply because they don't want to keep stupid rars around. plus they actually
make avi files bigger when rarred since avis are already compresssed. although
were talking 5kb-1mb bigger. so it doesn't matter much but it sure doesn't
help save any bw.
i'm glad most torrent sites have finally moved away from providing stuff with
rars. if you want rars grab them the old fashioned way and get off bit
torrent. otherwise get with the times.

hello guys.
i need to ask a favour. we down here in south africa have horrible broadband
packages. we download at 5-10 kb/s from international torrents. would it be
possible for one of your guys to upload episodes to an ftp in south africa so
that we can get the torrents down here quicker? i know it is a huge favour to
ask, but we would greatly appreciate your help.

first off let me say thank you eztv for being the best public source of tv
worldwide. i was very excited when i read that scrubs was comming back in
november this year and not january. now for my question. scrubs is now shot in
ws but from the tag this is fs, correct? i was wondering if a ws version becomes
available will ez host it? it's a shot in the dark, i know, but i figured i
would try.

i appreciate the time and effort put into these releases and enjoy it even if
an hr version is not available since i'm deployed and don't have anything, but
i would also love a ws hr version if possible since this is one of my all-time
favorite shows.
