proper means the first release had a problem. 200ms oos means the audio and
video go out of sync at 12:43. if you use vlc media player, you can adjust the
audio syncing and that should fix it. or you can dl the proper.

btw, the file listed on this site is a repack, so that means the oos issue
should be fixed already.

no it doesn't the repack was for other reasons and why would there be a need for
a proper if it was fixed? the oss is there

it is nuked, but the notv version is out of sync in windows media player, in
sync in vlc. lol's version is better, but there is nothing wrong with notv's

for anyone wondering where the monumentally obscure audio shift setting in vlc
is, try preferences/audio/advanced options/audio desynchronization compensation.
a value of 240 there works nicely.

this was ok, but i'd still always go for whatever the latest release is at the
time as generally that means something has been fixed.
