American Idol adding a fourth judge!

this is a very good thing happening for the #1 show in the us. it will bring
in a fresh perspective on the performances of the contestants. we all know
what we can expect from randy, paula and simon. and this may bring in some
unexpected comments on the various perfomances.
and this may also be step 1 in what simon cowell thought idol needed to spice
things up in season 8.

depending on how this new girl talks.. critiques etc. i'd prefer paula be
replaced =p

omg god is one of the old lady's that watches every episode and uses all her
money on that crap:o

i don't think the balance will be disrupted. i really think that with this
addition, making the themes better and doing some sort of a big twist in the
middle of the live shows that it will spice things up. and i'm not really sure
if i like the semi-finals you can call them. the 3 weeks when 2 guys and 2
girls get knocked off every week. maybe they can do somthing with hat as well.
although i like seeing my fave(s) performing more times before the live shows,
i think it takes way too long to get to the live shows. but fox will never
shorten the season, so i guess that will never happen.
although in the end it only matters if the contestants sing really well. but i
also think that if all the surrounding things are better, that may add a
couple million viewers that were lost in the previous season come january.
