Beijing Olympic Games Athletics Mens 100m Final WS PDTV XviD-NOsegmenT

easily the highlight of the beijing olympics to this point. while the men's
100m is usually the marquee event, this one tops all previous 100m finals by a
long shot. forget michael phelps...these games have a new superstar after this
performance.

i totally agree. but america is being so strange in not airing the olympics
live or unedited. they showed the 100m race last night for about 2 minutes. so
i downloaded this one to show my dad which lasted 20minutes. the 100m is
normally the highlight of the olympics and thats becasue everyone wants to
know who the fastest person in the world is...who cares who the fastes swimmer
is...some guy named phelps(its still impressive tho) but stop airing swimming
and show real events.

america is only showing events that they will win such as swimming. 100m's has
been bad for them since they cant dope anymore=)

funny, i thought the games are on all day everyday everywhere.
the bbc has the olympics on from the first event of every day through to the
last, and you can pick which event you want to watch thanks to the red button on
your remote!

on the west coast, nbc doesn't even show the late stuff live. they hold it off
for around 12-16 hours. they didn't show the men's 100m until late sunday
evening us time, that was about 16 hours after it actually happened. coupled
with the fact that you can't access streams from elsewhere (most broadcasters
are limiting it to their local area), i knew who had won, but just couldn't see
the damn race.

usain bolt is a machine!

this really was an astounding performance, i don't care which country you were
rooting for.

all of the guys in the finals had to outrun others in pre-olympic quals, oly
quals and heat after heat to get there. then one guy is just so much faster he
literally runs away from them. wow.
