having watched the first episode of the two i cannot help but say i am not sure
i will endure this child's play for more than the 3-4 grace eps i give such
shows. it is not that convincing, the original is the original, this is not it.
it might still be considered watchable, but there are and have been better shows
out there. i am not a big fan of this spinoff (if that is the word), the real
spooks is certainly hard to do better.

i agree. this show is a bore. the stupidity is too much to take.
wow! spooks this isn't. really not surprised the beeb sat on this for a year.
this is a kids flick on really, really not good for you steroids. we're talking
seriously m rated tweens flick. strangely compelling. remarkable given that
its bbc3 and targeting an apparently younger audience.
can it survive, phewfff who knows. its right out there, while not accessible to
an older (read syndical) audience but hugely attractive to my 13 year old
daughter. she loved it, thought it was the best show (this week đ she's ever
seen, go figure.
it's mi5 on a budget. no gadetry âšī¸ no real suspense, poorly written... i
suppose it's not impossible they might pump some money into it, get better
writers, and turn things around. if i had to guess, i'd say their airing it
because the paid for the production, and are just filling some space before
fall-tv begins.
this is spooks for kiddies. it is nothing like the original and the orignal
spooks should immediately disociate themselves from this embarrasment, or at
least eztv should remove the their misleading association.
