Lost S03E07?? Is it real or fake?

i just saw someone post lost season 3 episode 7 on mininova. is it a leak and
somone posted the torrent, or did someone post a fake? i know this episode
doesn't air until feb 2007. would anyone know anything about this?

it's not the first bogus 3x07, and it sure as hell won't be the last.
i've seen about a dozen since 3x06 so far, and there's bound to be a plague of
them before the real airing in february.
