if he refused the cop would send k-9 i bet k-9 would be able to find the bag of

the cop stated the reason why he pulled him over. if that was the only reason he
has no right to search your vehicle. most people don't know that you can tell
the cops "no" when they ask to search your car. don't you notice how they say
"do you care if i search your vehicle?". they know if they don't have probable
cause they can't search unless you allow them.
recently, the washington supreme court ruled that searches and arrests are
illegal on the basis of the odor of marijuana.

after some more reading, it looks like indiana is one, if not the only, state
that allows k-9's to walk around your car to give the police probable cause.
"of course in some states and in particular the state of indiana, a certified
police k-9 is considered probable cause to search a vehicle without a warrant,
that is if the k9 indicated to the presence of a contra band substance."
all other states follow their definitions of "probable cause", but k-9's cannot
be used to find one.

in australia i think we are still human to the point were cops don't pull you over just cause your
black, you would more then likely be able to claim racial prejudgment or something. seriously i
would never suggest to anyone going anywhere near that so called free land, cause it seems anything
but. you american people have got it f*kin tough as over there, odor of marijuana here probably
translates in 2hrs at drug counseling, usa equals what 3mths jail, criminal record + you gotta do
3wks of counseling.
after watching cops since 1999, and yeah i suppose i do enjoy it cause it is such a fantasy of mine
to be tazed, kicked and then told i need to stop resisting, i would like to thank the boys + girls
of the states that have had to put up with this crap over the years and well just hope 'yes we can'
