another medical drama, cant they come out with something new?
medical/cop/detective drama had been done a zillion times already, all these
producer have no sense of creativity at all...

or have the guts to do something new with the genre. don\'t know if you ever saw
the show out of england called \"bodies\" but it was a very darkly comic medical
drama with a focus on an obstetrics unit. that show was raw and fabulous and it
didn\'t last for more than two seasons unfortunately. the best shows always end
too soon.

i believe some of it may still be kicking around in torrents here and
there...definitely worth a shot.

yeah, i'm fine with detectives and medical dramas as long as something new comes
of it. house was a breath of fresh air when it came however overdone the genre
already was, but innovations like house are far and few between.

house is amazing, and i've heard good things about bodies. anyone who has seen
those and this willing to weigh in? i'm goin to dl both, not sure when i'll be
able to wach em tho...

yes barbell, unfortunately ive only managed to see series 1 of bodies and have
forever looked for series 2 on torrents and or elsewhere to no avail. if you
can find where i have not wud be much appreciated.

i don't think that it is always the best shows that end too soon, however i would say that the "different"
shows usually end too soon, and this means that the creators are very hesitant to spend time and money
developing shows that are innovative. unfortunately, we are long past the days when networks in any
country were willing to give a show that was quality but not mainstream a chance to build an audience.
shows like house got in by falling under the "medical show" umbrella (imho).

@ barbel, @ volvi: a little search with torrent harvester and whoosh, what did
my eyes see: there are 2 torrents on mininova and/or 2torrents: 'bodies season
1' and 'bodies series 2', some single episodes as well. both with 1 seed and 2
leechers, but it's worth trying. i'd dl it, but at the moment i have no space
left on my hd. it's packed with tv series. amongst are some rare ones, like drop
dead gorgeous, conviction, hotel babylon, ... that are definately worth seeding
(yes, hail to me) because there are only few seeders. so if and when there is
another soul/fool sacrificing his hd space to seed bodies... you might be lucky.

i liked it!

and itv is now sending in hdtv, so we're gonna become the new priveval season in
hd, too.
