yeah, it is called beating a dead horse. and the horse was pretty dead already

davies writing started going downhill way before he went on the gay pride i must
make my statement in every episode i write. season 2 of torchwood is a
testament, even james masters wasn't enough to keep me interested, and that is
saying a lot.

just cause there is no gay references, i have my reservations about this being
good. last week had potential, but davies failed to deliver with a good ending imo.

showtime just picked it up to tandem with weeds in the states, i never even knew
it existed till last weekend.

billie did seem to be mumbling a lot. i guess the director wasn't bothered
enough to tell her to open her mouth!

what a good episode, the perfect prelude of what may be the best season end so
far, good ideas, good interlinkings with other parts of the franchise and from
one of the best writers in the series - the creator of it, many seem to forget
as they see their hidden secrets revealed, come out of your cupboards, cellars
or bedrooms... all these anti gay comments are silly, what is the gain in it?
people who come here to chat have an interest in doctor who, so there is no way
silly posts can turn them off.

if you watch the making of, you hear billie talking about doubts that she could
recreate rose and had to watch the old episodes over and over again, maybe hat
caused her strange speaking,or maybe something we will yet have to see -
heading for a big bang...

the rip is near perfect, no complaints there...

but, that episode sucked donkey balls, i mean really, ct can't carry a show by
herself, and bp always had questionable acting talent on a larger scale, the
result was one very weak show.

ct given that much screen time just sucks the life out of the show, at least bp
as rose was likeable, donna just makes you cringe.

given that it looks like just about "everyone" will be in the season 2 part
final, there will probably be something to like for everyone, unless your one
of the ones in closet, who still feels the need to find every non christian
moment threatening...
