i like the show, its done quite well the filmography and quality is really good
acting is not the best but still a great show, better then alot of stuff out
there. its in my must watch list xd
follows the core legend a little more closely than robin of sherwood too, at
least in regard to all that mystical bs that robin of sherwood had. though the
sets are a little too nice for the period setting and the 'starving' people
don't look it :/
it\'s a bit corny and it\'s a bit sappy. modern morality is periodically not so
subtly overlaid. the primary protagonist/antagonist relationship is strangely
reminiscent of the original dukes of hazzard tv series (darn them duke boys done
got away again boss hogg). the violence is somewhat saturday-morning-cartoons:
no blood and rare death (unless it directly serves the plot).
however, it is a fun and occasionally funny show with genuinely likable
characters and interesting plot lines. i nearly switched off and trashed the
first episode. now i\'m addicted.
i love the show very much. the actors are very good + i have been seaching on
the web if jonas armstrong and joe armstrong are brothers? do somone now please
tell?
a second season? cool. gotta admit it's grown on me. was a bit sceptical after
the first episode, but it's gotten better. richard armitage is in a league of
his own though. him and lucy griffiths' the reason i tune in.
