a little surprised by that. i thought the first couple of episodes were really
lame, but i stuck with it due to the quality of the people involved and was glad
i did, it's gotten much better. i've gone from cringing my way through each
episode to actually enjoying them.
completely didn't notice that they changed the kid, though i did notice them
getting rid of the weathergirl (thank god!)
this show will be a big loss this week, it has been by favourite multi-cam of
the season. i'm shocked that fox cancelled it, i thought (from what i'd read
from tv guide and sites like it) it was pretty much a shoo-in for renewal. and
also, 'til death is the lamest show ever, how can it be a situation comedy if
it's not funny? is it just a (bad) situation?
even after next weeks finale, there are still two unaired episodes ("date
night" and "house of tommorow" ). anyone think there will be a dvd release?
back to you/'til death (fox) - industry insiders are reporting that fox has
pulled the plug on its freshman comedy "back to you" while "'til death" is set
to return for a third season. the latter's return is believed to be on the
condition producer sony pictures television find a new showrunner with a
background particularly suited to the show. as for "back to you," said
development comes as a major surprise. production had already been underway on
episodes for next season, including installments set to film on may 13 and may
20. two others - #bty-109 (1anx08) and #bty-112 (1anx11) - have also been
completed but have yet to air. nevertheless, it's believed the show's expense
due to the talent involved - and limited results - ultimately did it in.
i'm shocked that its been cancelled and episodes for next season were goingto
be filmed, what's up with that? fox themselves mustn't have seen it coming. i
mean, the show is even by 20th century fox and 'til death isn't. i think fox
are making a little bit of a fool of themselves.
