i have to agree that when they end before the credits it does leave you hanging,
you feel like you may have missed summat, you don't get closure, you don't get
that fade out music or anything ☹️

that's how it ended on tv. so, it's complete.

i've watched this episode in a real televisor machine, and what happens is:

house asks cuddy "what are you dressing?" ;
cuddy before hangs the phone says "why don't you come here in my home and check
out?" ;
then house take his motocycle, while dressing pijamas, and run out to cuddy's
home ;
when he's passing a desert tunnel, he suffers an accident, his motocycle
explodes, and wilson's who are following him crashes as well ;
the camera fades away while playing the song "say you, say me" by lionel richie ;
now it show the credits, with a preview from the next two episode (4x15 house's
head & 4x16 wilson's heart) ...
