Smallville: Michael Rosenbaum is out!

woohoo! his character was irritating to watch heh.

i thought he did great for the character. i enjoyed him very much as lex,
personally. i think the sup' will be fine without lex in the picture. i hope the
show continues, but more than that, i hope it continues as great as it has been
thus far. i really hope it doesnt go down hill with all these departures. that
would truly suck as a smallville fan.

they just keep losing cast member after cast member...it\'ll be over soon i\'m
afraid.

i'd have to agree, after season 4 this show just went downhill and michael
rosenbaum and john glover where the only ones holding it together and making it
watchable.

is not going to get cancelled season 8 will be the final season. doomsday will
be the next villain on season 8.

i guess he finally gets busted by superman and sent to gaol ehh just a guess.

the series has been a bit of a rollercoaster as far as entertainment value is
concerned. it was a little frat teen angsty to begin with and it been good to
watch the transition. lex did classy acting through out the series imo. some
of the substance in his character was lost but i dont fear his exit is going to
be lame. his role imo has intenisfied.

does anyone else think that since the writers strike the scripts seem to be
written by the cast? gone down hill? say no more.!!

i think smallville writers catered to a wider age group and what may seem slow
and boring to us floats some 58 yo woman's boat. this is what i mean by
roller-coaster.

the epic has been sealed and the ending is already in some way decided, but
there is still much on this story lines canvas to be covered and embellished
upon. the series is reaching its used by mark agreed, will a new superman spawn
from all this is in another universe at this time?

these are the chronicles of super boy and him coming into manhood, or alien-hood,
or what ever.

still a great story left in it imo without lex.

i think michael is leaving the show just in the nick of time...better to be
associated with a show that had some ratings!, considering the show has
started sliding since seasons 5-6.

also, this is a great time for michael to try something new, and prevent his
being typecast as \'lex\'.
i vote for him to play \'hitman\' if they make a new hitman movie (haven\'t
even
seen the first one yet, but not expecting much!!) 🙂
