Simpsons execs team up for a new FOX animated comedy

wow i remember this show, it was hilarious; but how the hell did something as
obscure as sit down shut up get across the simpsons execs' radar? hardly anyone
even remembers it in australia!

i remember it. as i recall, it was pretty lame. the humour was recycled and obvious, like hey dad! and bullpitt! (are we
sure "sit down shut up" doesn't have an exclamation point at the end? seems to be a theme....). how anyone in the us
heard about it baffles me, but if anyone can salvage it, i guess people associated with the simpsons can.
