same here i just finished watching the season finale and it was awesome i
really hope they bring it back for a second season we need more shows like eli
stone instead of reality shows like survivour and american idol.
loved the finale, one problem i see for a 2nd season (good thing i am not a tv writer), is that apparently
the aneurism is gone - so what does this mean for the character? he isn't in a life or death situation,
those surrounding him can't attribute his visions to a medical condition. does it suddenly become believe
me or not? will the plot become staying out of a rubber room?
it really changes much of the dramatic tension that has driven the whole first season.
i really liked the show from the first, but it's gotten far better than i could have guessed. if this were the
series finale, it couldn't have been any better! very well done.
this certainly changes the future dynamics, big time. it could be that the surgery actually changes
nothing, that it was just a vehicle to give credence to his visions to those around him. now with the
affirmation provided by the quake and the bridge, he should be a little less of a nut job.
the visions don't have to go away, and i'll be surprised if they do.
but the writers have their work cut out for them. this season will be one tough act to follow.

they'll have to research on the subject of precognition, a faculty latent in
man. a modern day nicodemus as an attorney. the beginnings of such faculty comes
in flashes and for the uninformed subject will be very tormenting and dramatic.
very good theme for the writers and very interesting for the viewers. i wish
them the very best of luck.
however, they should make eli's acupuncturist a bit more knowledgeable on the
topic, him being an oriental and oriental philosophy deals with this topic quite
extensively. his relegating it to the divine is too simplistic an approach for
such a complicated subject.
