Sgt Tom Elvidge heads to Grimsby on the hunt for a prolific criminal who is linked to multiple burglaries, and is also known for not having a driving licence. Tom parks up to stake out the suspect, when suddenly he drives straight past him and the officer sets off in pursuit.
