Summary:
Tom heads to Kent and Cambridgeshire. Tom starts in the Fens in Cambridgeshire where he is in search of beetroot - he heads to one of the biggest farms in the country to discover the hard work and speed that goes into getting vegetables to us as fresh as possible, then cooks up a summery beetroot and pearl barley salad.
