Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix starts work on his latest spectacular multi-million-pound superhome. With VIP access to the two-year build of an extravagant 'glass castle' in rural Nottinghamshire, this series follows Guy and his team as they attempt to push the boundaries of opulence to another level. In this episode, Guy is tipped off about a rural plot for sale with the potential to be his next big superhome project, but first he needs to demolish the existing house.
