Prentiss uncovers a series of brutal killings linked by a specific calling card: a bullet casing engraved with a gold star. The Team learns that FBI Director Ray Madison has made a deal with Voit. In response, Rossi and Prentiss devise a plan to gain leverage over Voit to ensure he remains imprisoned.
