The stakes are high for Jules Hudson as he helps a couple wanting to uproot from Essex to find a modest cottage in Cornwall to call their forever home. The two nurses have a budget of £340,000 for a property with character in a rural location.
Jules also heads inland to inspect a plantation of trees normally found down under, and for the first time in his life, he tries an oyster!
