Summary:
Ryan bets a Chelsea loft commission on a ping-pong match, then goes costume shopping for a big open house in NOHO. While Steve's girlfriend, Luiza, settles into their new home together, he helps a successful high school buddy try and buy an apartment of his own. Meanwhile, Fredrik thinks his Crosby listing's massive terrace could be perfect for trained pets, so he invites over a great dane, a parrot, and a Steve Gold for viewings.
